Late Pick-Up Policy and Fees

At Twinkle Kids, we understand that sometimes delays happen. However, it is important to ensure that children are picked up promptly to maintain a smooth transition for both children and staff. Our late pick-up policy ensures that all children are cared for safely and that staff can finish their workday on time.

Late Pick-Up Fees:

​

• First 10 minutes after pick-up time: No fee

• 10 to 20 minutes late: €10

• 20 to 30 minutes late: €20

• 30 to 40 minutes late: €30

• More than 40 minutes late: €40

• ​

After 40 minutes, the child will be placed under the care of a supervisor, and additional charges may apply. Repeated late pick-ups could result in review and possible termination of the child’s place in the afterschool club.

How to Avoid Late Pick-Up Fees:

​

• Ensure that you arrive on time (pick-up is at 2:40pm or 3:40pm depending on hours reserved).

• If you are going to be late, please inform us as soon as possible to help us plan for your child’s care.

Emergency Contact:

If you are delayed unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible at 0873792111 to let us know your expected arrival time.
