Liability Waiver

By enrolling your child in the Twinkle Kids Afterschool Club, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Parent/Guardian Responsibility: As a parent/guardian, you are responsible for ensuring your child is in good health and able to participate in all activities. You will notify us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs that may require accommodations.

• Physical Activities: While every effort is made to ensure the safety of your child, you acknowledge that physical activities such as yoga, outdoor play, and movement carry some inherent risks. You consent to your child participating in these activities and agree to release Twinkle Kids and its staff from liability related to any injury or accident that may occur during these activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.

• Emergency Medical Care: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Twinkle Kids staff to seek medical treatment for your child as deemed necessary, including emergency transportation, and agree to cover any associated medical costs.

• Supervision: You acknowledge that your child will be under the supervision of qualified educators during the Afterschool Club hours and agree to pick up your child promptly at the scheduled time. You understand that if your child is picked up late, additional late fees may apply as outlined in the Late Pick-Up Policy.
